Global Project Management Office (PMO)

The G&T team is using its experience in international corporate office, studio and recording facility projects to oversee and govern project delivery by multiple third parties globally.

G&T conducts regular portfolio updates for the Warner Music Group Global Workplace Experience Team, comprising US and UK-based stakeholders which include scheduled, financial and risk management reports, providing a comprehensive overview of all projects on a weekly basis.

Project data is collated, refined and scrutinised before being presented to the client stakeholder team. This is delivered as a bespoke report designed to facilitate focused discussions on both current and future programme matters. Additionally, G&T collaborates with client-nominated designers and technical stakeholders to ensure that design appointments and scopes are aligned across projects and meet the latest technical standards.

G&T also hosts workshops across multiple time zones to proactively address challenging discussions and guide local teams towards resolution. Lessons learned are then fed back into the PMO delivery process, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of future project delivery.
