G&T celebrates topping out at 21E12.
21E12 (formally known as 110 University Place) is a luxury residential building in Greenwich Village, south of Union Square.
Topping out in 2017, the 22 storey building stands at 320ft making it one of the tallest buildings in the neighborhood. 21E12 will contain 56 apartments averaging more than 2,000 sq ft each.
Amenities will include basement storage, on-site parking, a laundry room and fitness center.
